1. Avoid Staining Foods

If you do consume staining foods and drinks, make sure you drink plenty of water immediately after, and brush your teeth after about 30 minutes.
2. Cut Back on Sugar
Sugars are tough on teeth. There’s just no getting around it. Candy and sugary drinks, such as soda and juice, are some of the worst, but there are so many foods and drinks with high sugar content that it’s tough to keep track. The more raw, or minimally processed, foods you can eat, the better. If you do consume sugary foods, try chewing gum and drinking water immediately afterwards to minimize the damage.
3. Minimize Snacking
Frequent snacking keeps acid levels high in our mouth and contributes significantly to tooth decay. If you need snacks between meals, try to snack on raw foods that don’t linger too long on your teeth. Celery, cucumber and carrots are great choices.
4. Whiten and Brighten
